HOW DOES THE WALK APP GET STEP AND HEALTH DATA?

Great question! We pull your step and health data from Apple Health and Android Health Connect to populate the metrics in the WALK app (and make it look beautiful of course 😉).

Both Apple Health and Android Health Connect automatically count your steps, walking, and running distances.

And for Apple users, if you have an Apple Watch, it automatically tracks your Activity data. All you have to do is make sure the Health app is setup on your phone.
