Returns

We offer returns within 30 days of the purchase date for any misprinted, damaged or defective items, or if you received the wrong item. If any of these apply, please contact us at team@walklongevity.com with photos of item(s) and a description of the issue, and we’ll sort it out for you.

Exchanges

Before making a purchase, please check out our sizing charts—we have one for every applicable item listed in our store—in the product description section. If an item you purchased does not fit, we may be able to provide you with an exchange free of charge (less shipping cost). Please contact us at team@walklongevity.com within 30 days of your purchase date with a description of the requested exchange. Note that all items must be unused and unworn in order to qualify for an exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or receive misprinted, damaged or defective items. Shipping costs may be refunded as well for these specific issues that are deemed an error on our part. 

Refunds will not be provided for packages lost in transit or stolen during the delivery process. You will be provided with tracking information for your shipment and any issues are to be resolved with the respective carrier.


WALK App (Apple and Android)

We want you to be happy with your WALK subscription. If you purchased a subscription and it does not meet your needs or expectations, please request a refund as soon as possible.

As a subscription-based service, we are limited in what actions we can perform on individual accounts, depending on how you purchased your subscription. Please review the following instructions on how to request a refund.

Apple / App Store

While we provide the service, Apple manages all payments and any subsequent refunds; Apple processes payments and refunds directly on their side using a payment method associated with a subscriber's Apple ID - Apple does not provide WALK with this information due to their own internal policy.

This means Apple does not permit us to modify subscriptions, cancel current subscriptions or issue refunds to our customers directly from our side. As such, you will need to reach out to Apple's App Store customer support department directly.

Android / Google Play Store

For subscription purchases made through the Google Play Store, we are usually able to accommodate refund requests made within 30 days of your purchase. While we cannot guarantee every refund request, we will do our best to assist you.

Please use the 'Help & Support' option in WALK to initiate a request (in the 'Settings' tab).
